This Privacy Policy describes the personal data the Jake Collective collects, including from the Websites (as defined in our Terms of Use), and how that information may be used. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use, as may be modified from time to time, governs all personal data collected and processed by the Jake Collective.

The Jake Collective is an organization that supports research, advocacy, and investment into improving mental health outcomes and reducing suicide risks in adolescents who think differently.

The Jake Collective processes personal data of users, visitors, and others to further its mission and for the following business purposes:

What steps does the Jake Collective take to secure your personal data?

The Jake Collective implements appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data we obtain from you taking into account the nature of the data, emerging threats, the risks of collection and processing, best practices for securing the data and the associated cost of implementation. Does the Jake Collective seek parental consent to process personal data from children under the age of 13?
